Rachel is a true “Go Giver.” I have had the privilege of knowing Rachel through our interactions within the IT Nation Evolve peer group community for some time and deeply enjoyed knowing her. Rachel delivered multiple very valuable and practical webinars for our Evolve membership here in North America and in EMEA. We heard feedback from people tuned in that it was needed and was helping them to re-focus on their health. Rachel’s warm manner and caring heart are so evident in each thing she does. I enjoyed getting to work with Rachel and look forward to applying her ideas to my own health as we each strive to come out of this pandemic better than we entered it. Thank you, Rachel!
