My Story
In February 2000, I hit burnout.
Back then I was working in corporate telecoms as a marketing & events executive.
Flying all over Europe. Delivering. Performing. Achieving.
On paper? Thriving.
In reality? Overweight. Exhausted. Stressed.
I was running on caffeine, nicotine, cheap wine, bad diets and about four hours’ sleep and ignoring what my body was telling me.
That experience forced me to stop and reassess everything.
Not just how I was working - but how I was living.
What I Learned
Health isn’t built through extreme plans or short bursts of motivation.
It’s built through:
How you sleep
How you eat
How you move
How you think
How you recover
And knowing your numbers
And most importantly - how all of those things fit into your real life.
