We’re living longer

but not always better

More people are tired, overwhelmed and struggling with their health in midlife than ever before.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

About Me

I help people feel better, function better and stay well for longer - in a way that actually works in real life.

But I didn’t always live like this…

My Story

For years, I did what so many people do.

I pushed through.
I prioritised work.
I ignored the signs.

From the outside, everything looked fine.

I was working in corporate telecoms as a marketing and events executive - flying all over Europe, delivering, performing, achieving.

On paper? Thriving.

But underneath, things were already shifting.

My energy was low.
My sleep wasn’t great.
I was constantly “on”, but never properly recovered.

I was running on caffeine, nicotine, cheap wine, bad diets and about four hours’ sleep - and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me.

And slowly, without really noticing it at first, I stopped feeling like myself.

Not all at once.
Just gradually.

Until, in February 2000, I hit burnout.

And what surprised me most wasn’t just how I felt…

It was how little I understood what was actually going on in my own body.

What That Changed

That experience forced me to stop and reassess everything.

Not just how I was working - but how I was living.

Because I realised something that’s stayed with me ever since:

You can look like you’re coping on the outside…
and be running on empty underneath.

The Turning Point

Like most people, I went looking for answers.

And quickly found myself overwhelmed.

  • Too much information

  • Conflicting advice

  • Extreme approaches that didn’t fit into real life

And I remember thinking:

“This can’t be the only way.”

Because I didn’t need perfection.
I needed something that worked.

What I Learned

You don’t need to do everything.

You need to focus on the right things - consistently.

When I simplified everything and focused on the fundamentals:

  • My energy improved

  • I slept better

  • I could think clearly again

  • I started to feel like myself

And most importantly - it felt doable.

Why I Do This Work

That experience changed everything.

Because I realised:

People don’t struggle because they don’t care.

They struggle because:

  • The advice is too complicated

  • The expectations are unrealistic

  • Or it simply doesn’t fit into their life

So now, my work is about cutting through the noise and helping people focus on what actually matters.

Not in theory.
In real life.

Today, I work as a speaker and coach, helping individuals and organisations improve:

Because this isn’t just about how you feel now - it’s about how you’ll feel in the years ahead.

A Different Approach

I’m not interested in trends or quick fixes.

And I don’t believe you need to overhaul your entire life to feel better.

I help you focus on what actually matters.

Because if it doesn’t work in your life… it doesn’t work.

If You’re Ready

If you’re feeling tired, out of balance or not quite like yourself, you’re not alone.

And you don’t need to do everything to change that.

You just need to start with the right things.
